Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKAZMER FRANK GENEJA August 19, 1918 - October 1, 2004 Frank passed away after a short illness with his loving wife of 61 years, 10 months with him until the end. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving son Frank; wife Kathleen; two cousins in Winnipeg and two in Ontario, Stephen Geneja in Corbyville and his sister June Sarantas in Kingston, ON. Frank was predeceased by his father Stephen who taught him all about cementing, bricklaying, stuccoing. He was also predeceased by his mother Maria Wikter who became a seamstress during the depression; also his only sister Amelia (Emily). He took up machine shop at St. Johns High. During the war he was a machinist at McDonalds Aircraft. He took up refrigeration and air conditioning at M.I.T. on Portage Avenue and ran "Caseys A.C. & Refrigeration" He worked on many hotels all over Winnipeg until he retired. Casey, as his friends called him, was a long time member of the F.O.E. #23. He and his wife went to all the Saturday night suppers and dances, all the bus trips to visit many of the F.O.E. clubs across the border. They also bowled with the club and curled there for many years. His ashes will be interred at his parents grave in Brookside at a later date. IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER
